Evacuate the building if you need to.
Call people who are in a position to help – the emergency services, a locksmith, your parents.

Making a claim?
We can’t stress this enough, make sure you and your family are safe and that you’ve limited the damage as far as possible.
Once everything’s safe, make a cuppa, grab your policy number and start your claim.

What we can guarantee is that you are in the hands of seriously experienced people who work with some of the biggest names out there. As of April 2022, the average time it took from claim to payment was 24 days. We’re working on bringing that down.
