Don’t call us just yet.

The first thing you should do is try to minimise the damage.

Do you need to turn off the water? What about shutting off the power?
Evacuate the building if you need to.

Call people who are in a position to help – the emergency services, a locksmith, your parents.

Making a claim?

We can’t stress this enough, make sure you and your family are safe and that you’ve limited the damage as far as possible.

Once everything’s safe, make a cuppa, grab your policy reference and start your claim.

You can only register a Buildings/Contents claim if the incident took place while you were still on cover with Locket. You’ll need to get in touch with our Claims Partners at Davies – either via phone (select menu option 2) or by emailing them.

If you need to contact Davies outside office hours, then either leave a voicemail on their out-of-hours messaging service, or send an email. Either way, a member of the Davies team will get back to you as soon as they can.
