You can only register a Buildings/Contents claim if the incident took place while you were still on cover with Locket.

You’ll need to get in touch with our Claims Partners at Davies – either via phone, by email or by online form.

If you need to contact Davies outside office hours, then either leave a voicemail on their out-of-hours messaging service, or send an email. Either way, a member of the Davies team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Do I need evidence?

You don’t need any evidence in order to register your claim, but it’s good to have as much information available as possible.

Take photos, and videos if you can, make a note of key dates and times, and make sure you have your Locket policy reference on hand.

What happens next?

Once you’ve registered your claim the Davies team will guide you through the process, and keep you updated. They’ll provide you with a unique claim reference, that you can use in all correspondence with them.
